Title: Amazing Trip
Feedback: Dear Sandeep; This is a quick note to let you know that I arrived safely and on time, after a straightforward journey; London is very cold after India; when I arrived it was only 9 c. I wanted to thank you and all your excellent staff for the great time I had in India; you did a really good job. Thank you too for the lovely gift that Abhi gave me from you at the airport; it was a delightful thing to do. Once I have settled in properly I will write you a detailed letter, but in the meantime, I hope you are all well. Best wishes. Paul.
